Training & Placement Cell
The Training and Placement Cell at Keystone School of Engineering serves as a vital bridge between students and the professional world. Our objective is to prepare students not just for their first job but for long-term success in their careers. We actively facilitate interactions between academia and industry to ensure that our students are industry-ready.
The cell organizes regular training programs, aptitude sessions, communication and soft skill workshops, mock interviews, and technical seminars to enhance the employability of students. Additionally, we invite reputed organizations for campus placement drives, and many students are offered jobs in leading companies every year.
In collaboration with department coordinators and faculty members, we ensure personalized mentoring and career guidance. Our strong industry network, committed staff, and student-centric approach make our Training & Placement Cell a pillar of strength for student development and success.
Vision
“The Vision of Training & Placement Cell is to provide personal and career-related support to students with special emphasis on training them in employability skills, and ultimately provide placements in various industries/organizations by arranging campus placement drives.”
